I thought this is a compile-time envvar, not runtime.

I only made the analogy from HB_ADS_IMPLIB
which you have to set before compiling rddads.lib
and is meaningless at runtime.

I haven't recently updated from SVN and the current
build I have makes no reference to HB_NO_BACKGROUND
so I can't comment any further, as my suggestion
was just a "shot in the dark"
