* winmake/makefile.gc
! exclude entry point modules from vm library to make MinGW dll builds
happy
* winmake/mdir.bat
! clean make did not erase harbour.lib and dll\*.cxx; fixed
* winmake/dll.lst
! gtwvt.obj is excluded from harbour.dll build for BCC and Digital Mars
due to "Error: Unresolved external '_hb_stack_ready'"
