Hi Enrico: You missed MINGW Tools. You can download BINUTILS from MINGW site, or, downloag GIT package from : http://gitforwindows.org/
I suggest you download GIT, in case you already have it, point your PATH to for example: d:\GIT\usr\bin MINGW tools are in that folder.
