You can't store documents in db so list documents will give you that error. It's a really bad error message.

everything was fine till i downloaded xincon to front-end xindice. i (might
have) deleted some system collection and xindice does not work properly now.
i reinstalled xindice and tried this command:
C:\Xindice\bin>xindiceadmin ld -c /db ERROR : Collection No IndexManager
and it threw the ERROR above, like it did before i reinstalled.
