XML:DB client using the RPC layer

Is anyone working on this? Or should I look at it?

Once it is ready, I can start really tackling UTF-8 properly. (That is because
the Java XML-RPC interface does send accross UTF-8 data correctly, but the CORBA
one doesn't)
