Problem: JSP with Xindice

Hello, I have a problem when I use JSP with XIndice. The problem is that the 
tomcat server have not access to .jar files of xindice (CLASSPATH). My 
classpath is correct, but the tomcat say that have not access.

Somebody knows this problem?
