It contains the IOR used by CORBA to find the server. The client retrieves
it via HTTP so you don't need a running CORBA naming service. Obviously,
it won't exist anymore in 1.1. This also means that the server will
finally contain its writes to the db and logs directories. Maybe we'll
even make it write something worth looking at into logs too.
