It is intentional: as soon as the documentation is reviewed, it will go live.
It means that the old documentation (1.0 version) must still be available
(xdocs/guide-*) while we are working on the new manuals (1.1)
(xdocs/dev/guide-*).
Once the 1.1 is out, the 1.0 guides will be archived and replaced by the 1.1.
So we won't touch the 1.0 and only focus the effort on the 1.1
(xdocs/dev/guide-*)
