I just did a CVS checkout of xml-xindice, and to my surprise, the scratchpad code for the jmx/jboss embedded driver for Xindice has disappeared! ( used to be at java/scratchpad/jboss)
Sorry but the code was never in the repository... And the general convention is that there is absolutely no guarantee concerning any scratchpad code.

AFAIK Per Niefelt wrote the JMX code
