Ahem, is this *REALLY* that hard to fix?
Oh well... this is funny. I just sent an email to the gump mailing list about this issue. The problem is that we should upgrade to the latest Xalan version before patching this one (which is not that hard to fix as you can imagine), but this in turn would break Xupdate, which is not working with the latest Xalan, so we're kinda stuck.
We might just make Gump happy by asking it to use our xalan, but I'm not sure that this is the best thing to do ATM. I'm waiting for advice from Sam and other Gumpers.
