The Dev Todo List shows the build.xml needing the tar.gz and zip ant
targets. I've created their respective targets and added the classes,
but not much else has been specified. Before I go any further, would
it be possible to get a list of what files and directories should also
be included? Also, the batch/shell scripts in the bin directory are
different from those in the root. Should the root directory files
replace those in the bin directory?
