I know that 100% code coverage doesn't mean well tested.  But IMO 25% is not
"well covered"

"Used" doesn't mean "tested".  The code coverage only reports tested classes
(however I only run the unit tests and not the integraion tests.  So the numbers
are definitively (a little bit) higher).
