We'll cross that bridge when we get there.  Do not forget that users work with a
release, not with the cvs build.  And since the release typically doesn't
contain the build.xml file, solving users' problems with the build.xml file is
not the right thing to do.

In the meantime, a _very_ good documentation (cookbook like) should be just
fine.  IMO maven is not necessary.
