BerkeleyDBFiler: scratchpad only.

My mistake, I thought it was working.  If anyone wants to prove it
works, by making a test case for it...to the main trunk it goes.

I didn't think the BerkelyDBFiler was actually working yet.  If I am
wrong, then +1 to main trunk.

I'd also like to tune up the XML:DB SSL driver and get it into the main
trunk.
