Here is the proposed structure. Really, it's not that much different.
We just currently have some fragments here and there.

If you are -1, please let me know before the weekend. I plan to do it
then. I will ssh to the server and:
1. make a backup
2. move the folders/files on the server side so we can maintain the
code history.
I have performed this process before, and have had no issues. If
anything goes wrong, I'll just put the backup back in.
PLEASE: make sure if you have anything to commit, do so before the
weekend. After the reorg, it will be necessary for you to checkout the
project again. You can of course overlay your old files by hand if you
need to...it's just a pain.
