I was working with the test-all on windows running the standalone server.  I 
feel that making the current tests work for all drivers is our *highest* 
priority.

Right now "test-all" fails as junit is not found; so I read your answer as +1 -- because my changes will fix the issue.


PS I'm not "maven-aware" so won't spend time on it. Moreover I found it too complicated to work with and impossible to work with if you are disconnected from the inet. (observations are based upon avalon cvs)
