With the exception of one beta version. And given the fact that RPC appeared only in version 1.1, which is not released yet, I'd say it's the best time to fix outstanding bugs. Talks about supporting or changing RPC XML format in 1.2 I think should happen when we reach this point, i.e. we release 1.1 and there is a need to change format for 1.2. Makes sense?
