Meta information for the System collection

Should meta be enabled for the system collection? That's the question I 
was thinking recently... I don't see a meaning for the meta information 
for the SysSysmbols collection for sure, and may be meta for SysConfig 
is also not necessary...

What are the opinions of other folks here?
