if it matters at all; I installed and got everything up and running with little effort, though I did enc ounter a problem I had a while back, with xindice, the system's database.xml document ( which contains the list of collections ) gets corrupted somehow, which makes it difficult to recover xml data. I think I fixed it by raising ulimit; not sure and I did not have the time to confirm or replicate this problem. gl, Jim Fuller
