I really think we should push 1.1 release ASAP, I have been using trunk code for about a year now, seems pretty stable.

Yep, I'm currently working on documentation and release packaging. I would like to roll both jar and war releases into single bin release, and do other tweaks.

Once this is ready I will create builds to check for any issues with bat/sh scripts and release layout. And after this is done, actual release can be made and voted upon.

I'm thinking to finish all this within 2 weeks.


I will take a look at the hash filter code and some of the documentation if you need help.

For hash filer I think we could just use same logic as in String.hashCode().


On the first item with the .bat file do we need a sh file also?

I checked in sh script already - can you tackle the bat?

XUpdate is pretty dead, and XQuery has its own update syntax might just be worth not dealing with keeping our own branch of the XUpdate code.

After 1.1 is out we can discuss XQuery...
