Latest build off trunk with patches to rebuild utility (had an issue rebuilding
indexes), patches to database locking (command line tool was not closing
database properly if it was already loaded by server - windows platform
specific), patch to meta collection configuration handling, as well as many
fixes to the packaging is uploaded:

Please give it a final check before rolling a release. I can do a release
(fingers crossed) as early as Monday - WDYT?
