Arshad,

in general, Xindice has been designed for large quantities of small
XML documents. Updating one large document with many
user data seems more difficult than inserting single documents.

For Xpath queries it doesn't matter whether you have one big or many
small documents because you query against a whole collection.
Thus, you will get the results from all documents being stored in
this collection.
