        Thanks for your advice. Now it is working fine locally. But remotely it 
is
not working when i tried in different systems. Please give any idea to me
whats the reason is?

now it is working "xindice lc -c xindice://pncl-hcl044-063:4080/db"

but it is not working "xindice lc -c xindice://pncl-hcl040-063:4080/db" that
is running in different systems.

The syntax for that changed.
Try:
xindice lc -c xindice://pncl-hcl044-063:4080/db
