It's been a common question to ask if documents are accessible through
HTTP in Xindice. They're not by default, but this is functionality that we
used to have so I dug out the code, dusted it off and put together a
plugin that will enable any document to be retrieved via HTTP.
It's pretty lightly tested right now, but seems to work OK. If you want it,
