I made the test with jdk1.3.1_02 same results...
I made the next test too:
1.- delete all contents from db directory
2.- startup xindice
3.- C:\xindice>xindiceadmin ac -c /db -n com
Created : /db/com
4.- C:\xindice>xindiceadmin ac -c /db -n com1 -v
Created : /db/com1 <--- his collection directory was not created
althought!
<--- Xindice server message: DEBUG> Filer
'org.apache.xindice.core.filer.BTreeFiler' not available
C:\xindice>
I hope this give you some tip...
I will not work more by now ... the energy power failed here i'm working now
