I noticed that xindice.bat has references to "Ant" where they should reference "Xindice" and I had to change the java command from %LOCALCLASSPATH% to "%LOCALCLASSPATH%" (I have spaces in my classpath). I also changed %XINDICE_HOME%\bin to "%XINDICE_HOME%\bin".
