I'm getting this error on startup:

Database: 'db' initializing
Script: 'GET' added to script storage

ERROR: Could not start service 'HTTPServer'
Service: 'APIService' started
FATAL ERROR: Service manager could not be started

I've seen the previous messages on the same error, and tried resetting
the port number to different values (in the system.xml file), but that
didn't seem to work either.
Here's my stats:
win2K
jdk1.4
XINDICE_HOME=c:\xml-xindice-1.0  (I saw some references to a problem
relating to "-" and "." in the path, but have never had a problem with
other java apps)

I also added the -Djava.endorsed.dirs=/xml-xindice-1.0/java/lib to my
vm.cfg file.
