For some reason when I added the plugin Xindice tried to load from org.xmldatabases.xmlrpc.HTTPHandler while the jar file has org.xmldatabases.http.HTTPHandler, modifying the jar file resulted in Xindice throwing a dozen of Java exceptions so my guess is that this doesn't wok with the XMLRPC plugin installed.
