access restrictions in 1.1

Hi,

I'm just working with Apache XMLRPC and i discovered a method to limit
access to the builtin XMLRPC httpserver

webserver.acceptClient ("192.168.0.*"); // allow local access
------
is it possible to limit access on Xindice 1.1 in this way?

or is it possible to limit access to the Xindice 1.1 Tomcat version in a way
by configuring tomcat?
