Filer is closed

I get this error during my unit tests:

     [java] Jan 31, 2003 7:02:42 PM org.apache.xindice.core.Collection
updateCollectionMeta
     [java] WARNING: Error fetching collection meta.
org.apache.xindice.core.filer.FilerException: Filer is closed

any ideas?
