It would be great if you could please write a detailed installation process to get Xindie 1.1b working. I am currently using Xindice 1.0, but would like to migrate to 1.1b if its not too much of a hassle.

Yes, as Vladimir said, I needed to checkout the complete CVS tree and make some
adjustments to Cocoon's library. It looks really simple now that I've done it but, boy,
did it take a lot of guessing!!!!!
