I need to upgrade Tomcat anyhows, so now is as good a time as any.

Hi,

The only thing that helped at my installation was a path comletely without
spaces.

so i installed it under

C:\Programme\org.apache\Tomcat_5.5\webapps\xindice\WEB-INF

it took my 5 minutes to reinstall Tomcat therefore and insalling Xindice
again.
