kalo di excel 2007, klik *Data*--> *From Other Sources*--> di *Data Connection Wizard* ketik server name nya (*IP address server*)-->*Next*-->*Select database and table* (di combo box pilih nama databasenya dalam hal ini--> di bawahnya pilih nama tabel yang akan di ambil--> next-> Finish-->OK
Kalo mau di update tinggal di refresh aja coz kalo data SQL nya berubah data tampilan di excelnya juga ikut berubah.
