Thanks Joop. That does the trick. In scanning the source, I had zeroed in  
on the change from the "clicked" to the "activate" signal already, but was  
not sure why the former did not work. Anyway, glad you formalized it  
properly.

Now I don't feel quite so busy when the band suddenly gets good and people  
are calling...:) It's a good addition.
