It should not happen coz XMail uses a special CreateProcess() flag that say to
not open a new window.
I do not know what happens if Your program is trying to write to stdout.
I've tried to run a .cmp with cmd.exe and no windows are open.
You've to remember to use this syntax :
cmd.exe /C start CMD-FILE-NAME
