Ok,

so if I have:

[smtp.ipmap.tab]
0.0.0.0    0.0.0.0    ALLOW 1

[smtprelay.tab]
empty

only authenticated users can relay, no matter from which network they
connect.
Non-authenticated users can send only to local addresses, no matter from
which network they connect.

Is this right?
