xmail -- installation

Hello,   I downloaded the Windows NT binaries from the XMail home page as a zip file and unzipped using a popular Windows utility -- the only directories I got under MailRoot were:   bin custdomains domains filters userauth   According to the HTML documentation on the same site, I ought to have several more (such as pop3locks, pop3links, etc.)  Am I missing something?  The XMail server installs on an NT 4.0 machine, but execution always fails with "Error 2140".   Thanks, Jason Barrett Lyrix Inc.
