hi davide/list,

just a cosmetic thing but - would it be possible to change the sender of
those postmaster mails ?

an example (here, the hosted domains are domaina.com and domainb.com)

<begin>
From: domaina.com PostMaster

Error sending message [1000907194363.373.caspar] from [domaina.com].

ID:        <S492>
Mail From: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Rcpt To:   <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

<Failure Reason>
Unknown user "fdkdfsds" in domain "domainb.com"
</Failure Reason>
<end>

my question is if xmail could not use the correct domain for the postmaster
sender. (i.e. domainb.com PostMaster as sender and
[domainb.com] in the first line, in the subject and in the X- headers).
i noticed that as sender there the main error address is entered, but
for my setup there are multiple domain administrators and it would be much
better if _they_ get the error mails for _their_ domain.
(this would require the possibility to set-up error addresses on a
per-domain basis)....

ok, as stated above this is just a thought - possibly it can be realized
without much work in the code... ?

thanks,
gyro.
