It's free for private non-commercial use, look at the bottom of the
Prices page for details. It doesn't use the filters in xmail, it
receives and checks the mail and then passes it on to xmail after it's
been checked. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I will as soon
as I get a few moments to play.

They also have an Anti-virus API DLL that could be useful for those
running under Windows. It loads once and you aren't constantly reloading
the program for each and every e-mail that comes in. I don't know much
more about it because when I click on the info link it goes to a page
that is not in English. Look for SAVAPI in the products section. No idea
on cost.
