Hi I have a similar problem...
My server have two interfaces one public and other private... In the public i have the NIC configurated well (148.243.41.xx) In the private i have only a IP address (192.168.135.xx) and Netmask... In the last weeks i can connect from my personal computer betwen the private nic card of my server to XMail ports (110 & 25) near instant But this week I takes about 30 secs to conect to the private interface to Any Port of the XMail... any one have an idea to solve?...or to see what it happening? p.d the public interface works perfectly and answer quickcly the request. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Sobey" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, January 17, 2002 3:34 AM Subject: [xmail] Slow SMTP banner display > Good morning, > > This morning I've noticed that my Xmail relay is taking quite a long time > from the establishment of an inbound tcp connection to the display of the > smtp banner.
