hi,
microsoft exchange servers provide a way that pop3-clients don't have to send their password in plain-text over net net - called SPA. outlook and outlook express are supporting SPA and i guess many users use outlook, so it would be great if there were support in XMail for SPA. I searched the internet/google for information/specifications about SPA, but didn't find anything :-(. Does someone know how SPA works? If so, Davide, it would be a nice feature :-). PS: i guess there is another not-MS-protocol for pop3-authentication, but it is not supported by outlook express ... ok, thats it, greets soenke. -- Binary/unsupported file stripped by Listar -- -- Type: application/x-pkcs7-signature -- File: smime.p7s - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe xmail" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For general help: send the line "help" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
