Have you gone into the domain directory on the xmail server and looked at a message file with an attachment to see if the attachment is there? If it is there make a copy of the file and then use a client to pick up the message and see if you get the attachment, maybe it's getting dropped or discarded when it's POPed. If the client doesn't get the attachment then post a copy of the message here so the format of it can be checked.
