Davide, I think he means to only the domains that his server handles, no relaying.
Alpex, To prevent xmail from accepting e-mail for any other domains besides yours you need to properly configure smtprelay.tab. Usually an empty smtprelay.tab and having the clients e-mail program use send authentication works the best.
