yep sure can reproduce it, it happens with my homeworks.
when they send an email to various people in the office, it duplicates the
email. eg.

Problem 1
Mr X, send an email to me, and copies it to 4 other people in the office.
All Recipients in the office receive 5 copies of the original email.

Mr X, sends mail via our Service Providers Relay Server.

I don't understand why this happens, my FetchHdrTags in server.tab are
Standard.

Problem 2
The other problem I have, is when anyone receives an email from a mailing
list, it always get sent to the postmaster, not the correct recipient, even
though in the Header of the email, the recipients email address is clearly
stated.

Davide did suggest putting "for" in the FetchHdrTags but didn't make any
difference.

if anyone can sort this, I would be most grateful.

That looks like another problem.
Can you reproduce it?
