| My problem is, that these two servers will be in the same

| several domains). How do set this up, so when mail is recieved at one
| server, and the user does not exist here, the mail is 
| forwarded to the other server, (and vice versa).

This is little bit complicated but real.

1. Set your XMail server as MX for your domain(s).
2. Create accounts for XMail users on Xmail. Create them also some bogus
internal domain address (ie. company.i)
3. Create accounts for Exchange users on Exchange.
4. Create "contacts" in Exchange for XMail users, their mail to be
forwarded to company.i domain (you must setup your DNS to do this).
5. Create wildcarded account on XMail and write simple filter which
would forward all mail to Exchange, but using the original RCPT address.
