And how it may be solved? I can write some code to check if the redirect is not the same as user's e-mail address or it's aliases or it's alias domains, but it's almost impossible (especially for web application that must run in realtime) to check things like two or more accounts with corresponding MAILPROCs. I think so as far as the mail server itself remain in normal operation, it's user responsibility to setup their MAILPROCs proprely.
