One of the emailaccounts (email A) on my server forwards to an external address (email B) . When I mail to email A I got an error msg back from xmail: [<02>] The reason of the delivery failure was: 553 5.1.2 <email B>... Invalid host name but when I mail directly to email B it works fine also a ping to the domain of email B from my server goes fine.
