I have a rather technical questions. I have an existing SQL database that has many users and passwords from a billing program that I need for my customer. I like the xmail server, but I am having trouble getting something to work. It is my understanding that xmail can use "external executables" for certain tins like userauth. I have written a quick VB program that connects to my SQL server to verify a user name and password. One problem, I am not quite sure how xmail uses this file or even executes it properly. The documentation for this method is not very clear. Please, someone shed some light on this subject, or maybe even let me know this isn't possible.
