1) To my knowledge you can't postpone or trigger delivery of messages :-(
2) Yes if you'd work with a batch file ... Copy a file called
".psynch-trigger" into the root of your mailroot dir. This initiates psync.
3) dunno

Have a nice day

Onderwerp: [xmail] running Xmail with a dialup connection

Hi

I just installed Xmail 1.9 on a Windows 2000 machine. I have a dialup
connection to the net which comes up every two hours. during the day and
twice after office hours. The server enables my users to check and send mail
anytime they want. At the same time I connect once for the whole office and
use pop3links.tab to synchronise the accounts.

My question is :

1. is it possible that Xmail waits to deliver till the connection comes on?
without that it just keeps delivering and sends me a non delivery mesg.

2. is it possible to do a psync when the connection comes up?

3. is there some way to monitor the queue?

thanks in advance
kashi
