It will only match the incoming mail domains that don't have a specific
<domain>.tab file. So if you only want to process outgoing e-mails
create <domain>.tab files for all your local domains and then .tab will
only process what's left which should be the outgoing mail domains. I
haven't tried it but I think you can leave the <domain>.tab file blank
inside and this will prevent the .tab file from being used for that
<domain>.
